The record of your home
ONZIP (온집) joins the Korean 온 — “on” and “warm” — with 집, “home”. It remembers a home and what comes with it, for homes in Canada that are privately owned or privately rented: move-in and move-out condition reports that both sides sign; the home’s repairs, warranties, attached buildings (garage, shed, outbuilding, basement unit, garden, well, septic) and equipment with their manuals and receipts; and a list of the things you own — vehicles, tools and valuables, with no valuations. All of a home’s records can be exported at any time.
What we stand for
- A person confirms everything. AI suggests a condition; it doesn’t decide.
- One record for both sides. The landlord and the tenant see the same report, and neither side can quietly change it after signing.
- Minimal data. We keep only what the record needs. The verification page shows no names or addresses.
- Reference, not advice. We show rules and deadlines and point you to the offices that can advise.
- Your records are yours. You can export your home’s records at any time.
- Adults only. ONZIP is for people aged 18 and older.
Where ONZIP works
ONZIP is for homes without a professional manager — not condos, managed complexes or rental buildings. Condition reports follow British Columbia and Alberta rules, with Ontario as a reference record. ONZIP is not offered in Quebec for now. The app is in English, French and Korean.
Who operates ONZIP
ONZIP is operated by Global Piggy Inc., an Ontario corporation (Hamilton, Ontario, Canada) — globalpiggy.com.
